Jan Kocian is an underwater photographer and very good artist who lives up in Washington state. He's got the August full-page photo in the nudibranch calendar that Dave Behrens and I did this year, and created the following artwork right after he received his copy of the calendar. It's great!
A second drawing of his is below, that I personally think is just stunningly good. (With apologies to those whose religious beliefs don't allow the appreciation of this cartoon...)
